We really want you to love what you get. And trust us, we check everything before it leaves our workshop. But hey we’re human. Sometimes mistakes slip through. That’s exactly why we have a 7-day return policy. It covers manufacturing defects or any error that happened from our side while preparing your order.

●      Just to be clear: We only accept returns if there’s a clear defect in the product.

●      Personal preference: If you simply changed your mind, didn’t like the design, or misunderstood the product details we can’t take it back.

●      How to report: If you do find a defect, just reach out within 7 days of delivery. Share some proof (like a photo), and we’ll take it from there.

●      Our Promise: We truly stand behind our work. If something goes wrong, we’ll do our best to fix it fairly and smoothly. Our support team is here to listen and help, no drama.
